RETURNS & EXCHANGES

POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your purchase does not work out for any reason, you may initiate a return or exchange within 21 days of receiving your order as long as the product is unwashed and unworn with tags included. Digital file and Gift Card sales are final.

Customers pay for the return shipping cost for all orders. Any refund requests will only be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note that if a refund is requested, your refund will not include the original cost of shipping.

At this time, we do not offer free return shipping for international orders or refunds on any Taxes & Duties incurred from your original order. However, for any international exchange orders, we will cover the cost of sending your exchange back to you. For Taxes & Duties refund inquiries for any returned items, please reach out to your local customs office to receive appropriate compensation if applicable.

 

EXCEPTIONS 

Due to limited availability, Limited Edition Drops are final sale and are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on facemasks, face coverings, balaclavas, compression bottoms, underwear, or socks.
